People might wonder what the point is. Well, if 700M shares becomes 70,000, then they own nearly all of a shell. They can keep selling shares. And any $$ they bring in from the offering is gravy.
But 10000 to 1 would turn your 1M share ticket to dream into a block of 100.
But the reason why I find this stock so interesting, even when I'm not making money due to being on the sidelines, is that there is another possible play here. What if they announce that the are going to reverse merge it into SSOF at a 1 for 1 basis? People will start saying SSOF shares are worth $4 per share. This would go nuts with unsuspecting folks buying shares. Not as clear that this would benefit Zim and Woods. But maybe it is Bland and Morris who are calling the shots.
So, which is it going to be? Reverse merger with shareholders kicked to the curb? Reverse merger with a bogus price to blow up the SSOF PPS? Or none of the above?
