If the business is growing then 5x annual revenue for market cap is reasonable. CW is 7.5* annual revs right now so 5x is attainable.
Working backward, $4/sp is about $400m cap, divided by 5 is $80m, divided by quarter is $20m.
So a $20m ish quarter that is profitable should get us to $4 per share.
Of course there are far more variables that could send it either way but in general this how I value it.
If we hit $8m for 4q20 then I'd like to see cap be at least 3x an annual estimated revenue of $32m, roughly .90-1.00 share price. Anything less than .80 would be ridiculous.
