Yup it could do alot of things.
Could also be a few impatient sellers selling in to early volume from anticipation of continuation. I do agree, Technicals indicate upward movement.

If my GTC bid doesn't fill early I'll slap before the real chase is on

I can almost see SCIE breaking the .0055 high in the near future.
