I think it’s way more likely we will test no coal this year. Just like last year, the year before that, and the year before that, which is when we were first told we’d be testing coal in an operational plant.

Three years ago. That’s three more years of false hope and empty promises, broken only by contrived runs that were never going to be sustainable in the first place. Paid promos and late-filed Form 4s only go so far, after all.

The point is why it hasn’t happened. If there had been actual contracts three years ago, does anyone seriously think we’d still be staring at just a slab?
