Why not? Do you know everyone's I.Q.? I've met a lot of very intelligent folks who are unknown to most. That proves nothing. Mr. Foote might have a very high I.Q.. Who knows? His accomplishments, and the way he presents, would indicate that he's very intelligent. IMO
