janice - the best conclusion that can be made at this point in time form all of the company and OSC documents that have been made public is that the public company trading with the symbol SLJB, which is the Sulja Nevada described earlier and which is the entity that is owned by the public stockholders, owns between 1% and 49% of Sulja Bros Ontario, the entity that owns the lumberyards.
A great deal depends on whether Sulja Nevada and Sulja Ontario are one and the same. If not, Sulja Ontario will simply carry on as a private company in which the shareholders will have no interest.
It's been said that Sulja Nevada does have "an interest" in Sulja Ontario. It would be good to have that clarified.
