The only thing going on here is a pump and dump. Some traders who were bagholders and some frontloaders are using old and debunked information about this company and the EV sector in general to flip some stock. Minimal DD on just the OTC Markets website shows the company hasn't done anything in nearly a decade, no news, no disclosures, nothing. The Springfield Coach tie was debunked a long time ago when the bagholders of that day figured it out.
Moving a dead stock isn't hard, making it look like there's interest isn't hard, attaching "somebody knows something" isn't hard. In the end, there'll be new bagholders from this pump.
