Did you see the AS was raised by close to 2.5 Billion. I guess Foote is never going to convert his shares back to Prefs as he stated. LOL.

You are not accounting for all of the shares ownership gets for merging humbl in....I cant even find whatvstake they get....it should be in the 90% area....meaning the commons are only 10% of the company....anyone know? If I've got 100k ot 1m wrapped into this this is the first thing I find out there should be 100 posts this weekend discussing how many shares humbl has so we know what the fully diluted structure is. They did t just give humbl for 0 % stake. Can anyone ahe light
