This one is a (consolidation of) class action lawsuit against CEO Andy, board of directors (I think) and GNUS for spreading false/misleading statements and running a pump and dump scheme. It's in regards to last year's share price rise and GNUS selling stock into it.

There is also a derivative lawsuit waiting for the outcome of this lawsuit.
