gobucks21, what I'm about to tell you is not bashing, just facts. I've held restricted shares since 2009. This was a share selling operation back in the day, along with a couple of other Michael J. Black companies. It went out of business in 2015. No offices, no CEO, nothing left. The transfer agent didn't even know they WERE the transfer agent for INAR.
You still may be able to make money on this, no idea. If someone is picking up the shell it could be profitable. Good luck to you.
I am working on getting the restrictive labels removed. So far, they are still investigating.
