Reverse splitting does very little in the grand scheme of things to the overall share count.

Management obviously had little common sense in this regard. All we can do is press them to see the error of their ways.

You are right. This is nothing more than unmitigated greed! No other good reason for a R/S in this case. He can dress it up any way he wants but he shoved the knife in and twisted it in the backs of hundreds of shareholders that have propped up this stock for months.
