WKHS does not have to have the capasity to manufacture all if it gets the contract. They could sublet to ride who has the capacity. They would get less profit. But they would get a larger contract. I am wondering what the USPS is waiting on to let contracts. Old equipment repairs are killing them. Is it possible they want the WKHS vehical and are waiting for WKHS to arrnage alternate manufaturing sites/partners. If so we may have a over $100 SP and if there is a leting and shorts are caught could it exceed 450?
