yep, and all of these excemptions require the filing of SEC forms in order to get the expemtion, which of course would show up on the SEC website once filed. nice find btw.

job well done-----------but unfortunately your one post will do little to debunk the weeks upon weeks of hundreds of "his" spam-like misleading ones-------------------------or put it this way, how many eyes saw his lies and how many see your one post and its thoughtful debunking of those lies? THIS IS WHY BOARD MODERATORS SHOULD TAKE POSITIONS WITH SPAMMERS WHO POST HERE ONLY TO MANIPULATE PERCEPTION.
