Bilky may be very smart, he is very smart at dilution, one of the best. But he did just take on $192 MILLION in debt that doesn’t and can’t be discharged in bankruptcy!!! This new BILKY/GDSI entity needs to make a profit of $192 MILLION PLUS INTEREST, before any monies go anywhere else.
And this cannot be discharged in bankruptcy.
