That’s what my point was.. it’s jus one broker I have experienced. There might be more like that. I’m pretty sure CEO will wait until that “D” is off.
This is an easy $2-$3 the minute he releases productive PR. The O/S is only 11M. He needs it above $4 which can happen within next 6 months with positive earnings or profit.
