Trader maybe you can help with this...

This was a Yahoo Finacial post on the CTLE ticker;

"NEWS JUST DROPPED, RAF FILES SEC REQUIRED DISCLOSURE.....RAF purchased S2,115,086,773 SHARES including 615,086,773 common shares between October 2020 and January 25, 2021 for .01 correct 1 cent"

I can not find anything within the SEC and I didn't give the person making the claim that much time to respond. If they do in well time I will correct/add/post to this board.

Hopefully people can help in deciphering this, in a legitimate form please.

So it looks like the genesis of this pump might have been MM expressing some interest in acquiring CCT. Someone then decided to use the former connection between CCT and CTLE to fabricate this idea that RAF was acquiring CTLE...and a fake 13D was born...

Sound about right?
