edit: sunnyjax-would it be better to pay attornies or wait till a judgement is rendered that might include dispensation of illegally gotten gains back to the shareholders? the attornies will get most and we'd get pennies if we go that route prematurely. I admit, I don't know which is the best way to go at this point.
