You can transfer with a phone call between institutions...you’ll miss a days action via wire transfer but at least you’ll have a reliable site....

You open first Etrade account then go to transfer. Choose the brokerages below. Choose individual account when you scroll. At the end it will tell you to call etrade. It takes time to reach them due to volume of callers. Here's the link picture sample from my account
