I heard etrade did at some point require phone calls to place some orders but I didnt hear about limiting quantity. I picked up shares on both crashes Thursday thru etrade mobile without issue though it was clear the system was running a bit slow.
Only heard Robinhood banned trading completely dude. Hedge fund managers calling in favors desperate to stop this thing. Not many shares out there but still why ban completely?
