I'm using TD Ameritrade, but that's only because they bought out Scottrade which I really liked. But I started with Edward Jones back in the 90s and have been with several different brokers since.
Captain Jack Sparrow...
I have a TD account for a few stocks I cannot buy through Fidelity. One of these is a grey sheet. Most if not all brokers will not buy grey sheet stocks as of Friday... so I have been told. Anyway, waiting for commission to make a decision on this company, whether to allow it to return to Pink Sheets. Recent court decision "case dismissed" in legal wrangling with the SEC has this now going before the commission. If they go Pink they will the first of 2040 to have tangled with the SEC and won. Historic. There is an estimated 300 million short position (maybe a lot more) to be covered by those that left this company for dead.... revoked by the SEC never to return to the markets, but the company fought the SEC in court and won. Case dismissed. If this company does go back to Pink sheet those shorts will have to cover. Now a sub penny stock which is $0.0025... but could potentially go to dollars if there is such a short position. Highly likely that there is. Now it's a waiting game....... Just own the stock... it is a risk, but no risk no reward.
I could just imagine Johnny Depp as the head of a Brokerage named Captain Jack Sparrow...... "So, ya wanna ride with the Captain... do ya?"
