So why the need for a hearing if it's so open and shut? If it's so clear that we've been frauded the SEC would have shut this down, right?

I think you have good suspicions and I apprreciate your opinion but that's all it is at this moment... your opinion.

That is interesting tho... pretty wierd that we've all been duped into buying stocks of the wrong company... wow, crazy.

It reminds me of when I bought 2 gallons of V8 juice... I got it home and realized it was "diet"... I never drank that juice. It sat in my fridge for 6 months until I finally threw it out just the other day.

uhhhh yeah.... anyways... I'm sorry but as compelling as your speculation is... it is still just speculation and that's all any of us are doing for a few months. Maybe April will bring us closure... good or bad.
