Grande, don't you think if Wessal was real, you know a real entity, not just a fake business set up with papers in the Middle east SOMEONE would have verified it by now? In this day and age with hundreds of people looking into it, someone would have come up with some verifiable proof they are a real company and not just a set up shell to defraud investors of millions of dollars by pretending they were buying while Petar's trustees were selling. And no, Airys paper from the chamber of commerce doesn't really cut it. Petar or one of his friends probably set it up. It was all part of the original plan to scam.

I don't think Wessal is buying, that is one of the issues. Petar said that they wanted more control than SLJB was willing to let them have so they pulled out. One of the hearing points will probably be when they pulled out an why no notice to stockholders. Now Wessal might be interested again an buy controling interest so SLJB has no say. In all fairness they did PR the 350m cement deal as a no go.
