Only reason to withdraw is something bigger is going to happen.
Not that authorized shares have gone up from 250 to 500M in the latest Q3.

I think there are companies that want to buy into SIRC.

I believe it's typical to offer more shares when you want to generate money for expansion and/or acquisition (dilution). This filing was back in October-2020 when the SP was @ .06 ... but now that we are in the .50-$75 range, they have already gained that extra cash due to selling shares and can retract their ask. This is the CHOICE to NOT DILUTE. All my opinion of course, and correct me if anything thinks differently.
