Meaning that, in the exact very same fashion as the equity class 21's the dimeq's were settled with Plan 7, their returns owed and distributed, (in Cash', Check, and in Shares Received Form), and then and only then were their ESC Cusips removed' ... I did not own any piers, but I have been told that their ESC Cusips disappeared once paid off as well' ...
So, ... Everyone simply needs to let the Process work', without any nonsense or guessing' ... the DTC will do what is appropriate' ... and the 2nd Ownership Change Guys Acknowledged, ...
