So here is the wording...

"sole power to vote--3,815,251"
"sole power to dispose--3,845,408"

So it looks like they may have sold 30,157 shares if I am reading this correctly?

A little confusing because at first glance, I just saw....power to "dispose"

Meanwhile the price seems to be holding nicely in the $14 range....would be nice to get some news in between CC's.
