The key here it was issued as a CONTROL BLOCK for the merger....AND ITS RESTRICTED....FLOAT has not changed. EVERY MERGER has to do this...the CEO EVEN SAID YESTERDAY the near future is the NASDAQ on his tweeter...and has to cover his tracks in the 8k today to say it hasn't happened yet.
