I've said it before, but it is more pertinent now. Longs, pick up the phone, get on your computer, send snai lmail to your Congressman and Senators to say "Please, staff up the SEC and make it a real force protecting small investors. Oh, and while you're at it please reign in the Hedge Funds? In short, unrigg the system."
