I share you same sentiments too regarding DGTW. I believe that the judge is actually leaning towards ruling in favor of DGTW or the case would had been terminated a long time ago. The judge is just making sure that DGTW have all of the i's dotted and t's crossed before granting the approval of their Chapter 11/SubV. I still believe as you that patience will be greatly rewarded.
