I believe that any company over a certain amount of revenue has to have audits as well.....

I'm sure PBLS is over both treshholds.... (assets and revenue).....

I talked to them last year about this around the time I went down there..... and I really do not remember the conversation....

Forgot about it till you brought it up.... Need the links to both regulations and I'll call and see what they have to say....
