He seemed to be on the right track in keeping us informed on the latest authorized, issued and outstanding shares. He said the IBAC websight would be updated in a week and he expected that the Transfer Agent would update the share information every week on that sight.

Is it still 400 Million like he told you back in December?

Hopefully, when the audited financials are out and share information is routinely provided, less of Ed's and Wayne's time will be spent talking directly with shareholders like myself.

The problem is, they have been promising that to us for YEARS ;-)

derf1, you should have told Ed that he should not blame investors for causing inconvenience, because he had already had bad reputation. It is entirely his fault for not informing investors, in a formal PR. These investors have a right to verify his deals, and their validity. They have put their hard earned cash buying shares.

There are too many pinkie CEO crooks, and ED knows that, if he does not, he is kidding himself. You got some info from him... but how did you verify that they are true. A phone call is not proof. A document signed and sealed is proof. You know a famous CEO and his cronies recently lied outright face to face to three investors recently.(.ref)the 2006 10,000% gain and crash stock.
A signed document is the only thing that can be used as validity of a pinkie CEO actions. Message to ED... put your words in a document and sign it.

derf1; Thanks for the update. I had said here today that I would give Ed a call and did not. I decided that I am not the mouth piece for the company. I told this board back in December that I would try to contact the company. See my posts just before Christmas and the day after. That is the only time I have had any contact with the company.

It is good that Ed communicates and returns phone calls. I have to agree that the time for public filings is long past due and that is why this is trading where it is. Some made decisions to get out today and move to another stock that is moving up instead of sideways or down. Don't blame any of them and maybe if we get some public news they can get back in.

Ed it is time to get some credibility to the company. Figure out a way for a conference call, something this week to the TA. I will join any call if it can be arranged. Then posting an update once a week on the website is a good idea. MAKE SURE IT HAPPENS! Close the CC! Spin off details ASAP! Finally OTCBB.

I did like that they have the cash to both buy the CC and also do the OTCBB. In the unaudited financials they did show 800+k in cash and 900+k in receivables as of Sept 30, 2006. More than enough to get both done.

Hope we see something this week!

derf1,I take issue with everything you have stated re Ed Hayter,especially his "returning your call".Why has no other call been returned?Why can no other shareholders reach him,as so many have tried,but he is busy in a "meeting" when they call,yet no "return call".Must I post my personal # here to ask Ed to call me?I wish he would,but he never will,too many questions that are unanswerable,starting with a gagged TA,excessive bid selling,all beginning with the plethora of PR's.Something doesn't add-up,unless you consider dilution,that does .

Thanks for the update derf. BTW, as I tried to make clear earlier, there are some here who claim to be sharholders who clearly are not. Not out of the question they are the ones harrassing the bank etc, since that is what they are trying to get the shareholders to do.

That being said, he needs to get the site updated ASAP to avoid more shareholders falling prey to those here with an agenda.
