Huge buy blocks and volume started pouring in within the past 2 months. Company has been dark with no bid for years prior to this. Look over my previous posts here for some further notes on volume.
I have no idea what's going on with INAR but whomever has been eating up all the shares lately knows something...
Discount pricing if the company is actually up to something... Time will tell. All IMO.
