We posted about PMD seven eight nine years ago and every year after.
Until you posted, I never thought of a structure of a deal, but clearly they are one of the two that PCHM talked to.
I am not uncertain that one company has a fair amount of knowledge of the other's personel.
With that said ... Cheddar (hi Cheddar) knew way too quickly about an activist PMD investor.
How could I post something about PMD, you and I were lucky in our timing, and Cheddar post back about a stake taken literally the day before (or two, I am being literal). It was written too matter of fact, with it being something known, as opposed to a quick rush to otc markets to see the latest PMD filings.
And that was way too quick a "shareholder letter out". That was the morning of the morning. C'mon Cheddar. I have done that in the past, but that's only because I went to the site ten times a day.
