I don't believe in the end of month deadline either, unfortunately. At some point he does have to show his cards though, one way or another. Also the SEC won't wait forever. They have been nice lately, no suspensions for many months in general. No ALPS so far today.
And yes you are right, the scary thing right now out there is that complete noobs who have no clue what they do, who just follow some guys on twitter make so much money that it's hard to believe.
