It is difficult to believe what I am reading. So the info I provided doesn't apply to erhc? In what paradigm does that exist? The same one where annual doesn't mean every year I guess.

Why have the word ‘annual’ in the by-laws at all?

Why would the by laws not simply state that the BOD calls meetings by a resolution?

Are you saying that over the past several years that nothing has happened that would require a shareholder meeting?
