those might have been 100% necessary

our issue stands on its own merits

the GOV is not making us whole

The GOV for a year now has fought us at the SCOTUS level (despite the so called policy papers that demand exit) . We are in court not because the GOV does not have the money - but because DJT over four years continued the stonewall and injury started by others and has not sat down to negotiate one penny of LT reduction

So indeed - many of us view the NWS as a taking - and in different words that is what is already in front of SCOTUS --- to see if the courts can force the GOV to make good
