Thats called a blow off top. Then circut breakers are designed to cool the stock off. I't holding up extremely well here. I'd watch what happens at 3:25 and A/H when the circuit breakers turn off...
There is no way for shorts to cover, Institutions own all of the shares and the short position is 140%. The only question to ask is how high can it go...
