Probably related to the big opening BUY order of 75k @ $0.40.

That order was placed before market open and before any sell orders by other MMs were set/established

A while back, I saw a post about a system that MM's use to communicate back and forth. The post claimed that it is done through small, inconsequential trades and that different amounts of shares bought mean different things. For instance, buying 300 shares would mean to keep the stock trading sideways. Is there any truth to there being a system like that?
