you gotta admit it knda seems like a no brainer that they would make a great couple SCRAM and Patch now with No Bail talk being floated I would imagine in lieu of bail you would automatically get slapped with SCRAM and testing device regardless of flight risk how's that for equality I have a small bid on a stock that I have mentioned in the past that not too recently changed ticker name

no I was never Invested at the time was using it for the purpose of valuing PCHM but they now have my attention and I think I will act upon my belief that NO BAIL will = mandatory GPS tracking
