Lol what is this nonsense about taxes being bad? I find it funny. Do you know what taxes do? They pay for the things we all use. It is not rocket science and it does not happen by magic. You like paved roads? Taxes. Bridges that do not fall down? Taxes. Sewers that take your poop and clean it? Taxes. Street lights? Taxes Street signs? Taxes. Firefighters? Taxes. Police? Taxes. Some folks have bought a very big lie and accepted it as a truth. Trickle down theory? Ha! Last time I looked corporations had trucks on the road, used the municipal water source sewer systems, fire services and bridges. You guys are good at research, check out the paradise papers. You can be a millionaire and not benefit from the “ breaks” the 1% get. Buffet bragged he paid less taxes than his secretary and people shout from the roof tops to lower taxes. The trillions the fed (a privately owned company run by the 1% Rockefellers, Rothschilds etc) poured in to the FAANG stocks did squat for the people that needed help. They did not buy shields and PPE so their workers could be safe, they did not help with hospital bills or sick leave so they could avoid contaminating their neighbour. They BOUGHT BACK STOCK! The taxpayers, in a national emergency under the republican party paid trillions of dollars to the richest people on the planet. If that does not make you think twice about how you vote and what you say about good governance, you should look up the definition of Munchausen Syndrome.
And to a mod that deems this off topic, don’t even go there. Everyone here is a real person and just like other info this is important for people to know so they can make good decisions on their portfolio. How about good decisions on our lives.
