Yes even for the major exchanges. The algo’s detect the stop losses and if large they work the low volume gaps to drive the PPS down and trigger. Where is the clueless SEC? No long is consciously selling at this juncture of the game.

Stop losses? Must be many of those since the 4.95 all-time high... Can't hold 30 pennies these days with the best CV19 data the world has yet to recognize.... Maybe in April when the trial completes.... So far, Uncle Sam and potential partners don't seem to share Leo's excitement.
