I think it's called prearranging your targets response. Where one forms a question or comment that leaves room for almost just one response which the author is trying to do so they can come back with their supposed facts.
It's exactly what the awareness campaigners on the websites do with the stocks they promote. It's not about the actual facts, but the 'facts' that fit their sales pitch.
People fish and force answers they want to hear and that will conform to their agenda. The old prove it gig, or prove a negative. They can never prove where and when the 20 million loan is coming from but then come back and say prove it's not coming.
