Well part of it, the $SNPW move the last 7 days is new people in the White House, including the $SNPW CEO's friend, the now ex Governor of RI who Biden named last week as the new US Department of Commerce Cabinet secretary with a 2 Trillion dollar infrastructure and Covid19 Budget on the menu.

President Ronald Reagan who I helped get into the White House 41 years ago changed the landscape in 1981 so that private enterprise and US Gov agencies and Universities could all work together to build the future and new jobs......
