IMO not really.... You always have flippers in trip stocks, hardest stocks to trade. You can have a guy that bought 3's, will buy all the 5's as well to make it look the stock is moving, 5 BID builds and he sells all his shares at 5. 3's are profit and 5's are break even. Happens all the time.
Why should this volume have moved IHSI higher than .0005 in one session when this stock has been at a zero bid for many years?
There are so many people that held shares in the .0001 and .0002 level and they were larding on the .0004 and .0005 offer to reap their huge profits after a very long and frustrating hold.

Did this volume "that came out of nowhere" indicate something?
Yes
It indicated that there must have been some type of news breach and either many whales or a hedge fund started accumulating before this news drops
I'm long the shares again and am fairly confident we will be receiving news very soon
