Mr. Bill. is there anyone on the board who is suspected of being somewhat of an insider? Maybe an employee or family or friend of an employee?
The reason I ask is it seems the fiasco about your order should go to someone who has a line to the top of AMZN. Otherwise the problem might go on for months without being resolved. JMO
