The biggest fact is this lame brain facility while the DA is supposedly in process. No way would CLX continue after that. Do you know how many shares BW will need to sell to even pursue it. Even if CLX was to agree to RM there would need to be a huge RS here. Its nuts. Blown opportunity...if this was ever legit
