The relationship between PCT and Maverick is looking very strong. Maverick had already committed to 1M gallons of Hydrolyte. Now Maverick is at the center of PCTL's oil field testing. If this works out as PCTL believes it will it open the gates to many more millions of gallons.
PCTL also will have hard data to present to other oil companies.
Humphrey's family own 3 long term care facilities which from the last PR we know some of Hydrolyte is going to. This probably will continue well beyond Covid.
The new Annihilyzer patent expands on the companies flag ship hospital grade disinfectant for onsite production of Hydrolyte. This should continue to grow in 2021.
This is what investors need to make a decision to invest in any kind of investment vs some of the made up stuff that floats around.
Good DD Aandt. Do you know who is Pentagon Technical in this PCTL tweet?
Meeting with Maverick & Pentagon Technical, PCTL established protocols to scientifically and systemically determine the efficacy of PCT Catholyte regarding enhancement of oil production. We are very excited to confirm our real world, “infield” results with our lab results.
Based on the company tweets, we know that Maverick is involved in this test. As we know, they are already spending millions of dollars in 2021 with PCTL so it appears that they are a great partner for PCTL in the oil industry but there is more to the story.
Maverick is owned by Doug Humphreys of Holdenville OK, and the Humphreys family owns several companies. Maverick is an energy services company working closely with oil companies, but they themselves do not own or lease the wells.
One of the Humphreys other companies does - Paluca Petroluem.
Paluca Petroleum - part of the Humphrey’s family of companies in Holdenville OK.
If you look at the image on Google street view, you will see a sign from Petroriver, the picture is from 2013. Since then the lease was assigned to Paluca-
Quote: WHEREAS, Assignor is the owner of a certain number of leases of which a specific land so described, ALL OF THE WEST HALF (W ½) OF SECTION SIXTEEN (16), TOWNSHIP THIRTY FIVE NORTH (35N), RANGE 33 WEST (33W), VERNON COUNTY MISSOURI, consisting of approximately 320 net acres, of an 87.00% NRI, located in Missouri, Grassy Creek, and all equipment, personal property and fixtures thereon (see Exhibit A). The lease agreement that incorporates this land description, titled Release of Certain Oil and Gas Leases and Ratification of Other Oil and Gas Leases, between the Assignor and the original Grantor(s) (see Exhibit B) as executed on the day of July 25th, 2014, covering the real property in the County of Vernon, Missouri.
Paluca also has rights to a number of wells in Oklahoma. According to this report they produced 27,720 BBls (BOE production) in the month of October 2020, in Oklahoma (this does not report Missouri’s production)
