Lets add that China killed our US based, waste to energy and waste recycling industry 20-25 years ago (they were buying it and recycling it) and now they are no longer accepting our plastic waste to poor sorting in the US, much less medical waste, and states like RI do not have the land fill space for Medical waste so they ship it out of state along with RI $$$$ money to other states.
RI will be the model for a massive upswing in the Use of Pyrolysis of Medical waste to energy nationwide that the local Governments have a vested need for.
And landfills are swarmed by dirty birds, that feed on the waste in those landfills.
