guess how well that worked out......

with a linear, one could talk around the world at certain times
with only a cb on the skip

first they gotta prove there's one at the location
being used without a license

then they have to locate it

then it has to be tied to an operator

etc etc etc

if it's mobile....how does that happen at 75 miles per hour
and then the message is transferred to another operator
1000 miles away
etc etc etc

impossible to track
