It appears to be nationwide in stock in Target stores

Top option is pick up today in your area.

If you click edit store, you get a window to type in city and state or zip code. Then hit the switch to show only in stock stores.

You will see it is pretty much everywhere.

Just checked a few...

Available in California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico so the South West United States is covered. Some locations show "Out of Stock" but for the most part it is on the shelves.
