I checked out OTCMarkets service provider list to see if OPTI was listed on the TA's associated companies list. It was not. I also check about 8 random stocks on the TA's list of associated companies, and they all list themselves on OTCMarkets as that tickers TA. The TA would have control of the spot where the TA is listed and the share structure numbers. I believe the TA removed themselves because they had issues with Roger Pawson business conduct and reassigned.
